Virtuemart to JUGA Group

This plugin creates an easy to use interface between VirtueMart purchases and JUGA ACL group assignment (Joomla User Group Access). Users can be added or removed from JUGA groups automatically based on products purchased in VirtueMart. Please note that our plugin is designed for transactions where payment is completed and the order status is updated to Confirmed during the VirtueMart checkout process. The plugin does not fire for Pending orders (such as orders for “Cash on Delivery” in VirtueMart). The current version of the plugin is not integrated with the admin backend, and will therefore not update JUGA group membership if you change the status of an order in the backend. The “JUGA” ACL extension is owned and published by Dioscouri Design. You must install and configure JUGA (in addition to VirtueMart) in order for this plugin to work! Current v1.1 Features: •Allows automatic addition of a user to a JUGA ACL group based on VirtueMart products purchased •Allows automatic removal of a user from a JUGA ACL group based on VirtueMart products purchased Development Path (non-commercial) •Currently the plugin only supports individual Product IDs, not Product Categories. Categories are planned for an upcoming release. Development Path (advanced commercial version, for early 2010) •Integration with our soon-to-be-released VirtueMart Purchasing Rules component for advanced purchasing conditions and logic (for example, if a user buys product ID #5 AND #6, or if a user buys a minimum of (2) of product ID #45, then they are automatically added to JUGA group ID #8).
