With this component the users can add any number of blogs, this component can also integrate with the community builder for users can view their friends blogs directly. EasyCreator
Short: EasyCreator is a developer tool. It tries to speed up the developing process of custom components, modules, plugin and templates. You can create a ‘frame’ for your extension and an installable zip package with just a few ‘clicks’. Long: EasyCreator tries to assist from the start to the release of your custom extension. You can start up by creating a ‘frame’ (read: ‘hello world’ applications – slightly enhanced) for your extension based on predefined templates for components, modules, plugins and templates. This frame will be installed automatically into your running Joomla! installation. Ready to use. You can also import your already existing and installed extension. Now it’s up to you to fill that frame with your custom code (we assume you already know about that 
EasyCreator also tries to assist you in the creation of multilingual extensions. This is done by comparing the existing language file to each other and then examine the PHP and XML code for appearences of ‘JText::***’. The results are then compared and give you a pretty overwiew of untranslated strings, missing and obsolete translations. EasyCreator also assists you in the creation and modification of your language files. We have also created an interface for managing translations which we think should speed up the process of getting your extension multilingual and should be easy to use for translators which generally are more comfort with a form than to edit some source code. There is also an interface for creating config XML files for your component which is really handy to use. You will get a form with all available parameters for a given type. We are actually doing some tests with PHP 5’s reflection class. You can inspect your classes with it’s methods and the Joomla! core class it extends. If you know Eclipse PDT you know what i mean. You will see all methods, parameters and doc comments like in phpDocumentor. When you are ready to release a test (or final) version of your component, EasyCreator will do the arduous work of copying files and folders, creating the xml install file and packing the whole thing in a ZIP package with version number and creation date included. So you can create an installable package instantly whenever you want. There is some Help with a few screenshots included. Do yourself a favor and snoop around a bit (Don’t miss the ‘Quicky’ . If you are new to Joomla! development you will find lots of information about creating extensions for this great CMS. This plugin will create a table containing all of the MP3’s that are present in any directory you specify. Use the tags {music}path/to/directory{/music} in any content Item and the Plugin will replace it with a table containing all of the MP3’s in that directory. The Plugin displays the ID3 tag information for title, album name, track length and size. It produces a link to download the mp3 and an embedded mp3 player to play each mp3. Great for displaying albums/podcasts the tags can be used multiple times on a page without a problem. The table is configurable in the Plugin’s parameters, allowing the download buttons and table row colors to be changed. The width of the table can be set or left blank for 100%. yvTransliterate
yvTransliterate is Transliteration plugin for Joomla! 1.5. The plugin transliterates article aliases and aliases of other elements of Joomla! site interface (menu items, sections, categories…), that are used in Search engine optimization (SEO) for creation of Search engine friendly (SEF) slugs (URLs). For transliteration of the alias of the Article, it takes into account “Content Language” of the Article (stored in metadata of the Article). And it may also be used by (integrated in) any other Joomla! extension to transliterate text strings. Language packs are supported: they contain transliterations for additional languages. What’s new in v.1.2.0: 1. yvTranliterate code moved to SVN repository, see http://joomlacode.org/gf/project/yvtransliterate/scmsvn/ 2. Debugging was greatly improved 3. ‘Default content language’ option was added. If the value of this option was not selected, the language defaults to current Language of User interface. What’s new in v.1.1: 1. Added another ‘hook’ into Joomla! core: parameter ‘Extend JLanguage class’. Now yvTransliterate may transliterate not only aliases of Articles (or comments in a case of yvComment), but aliases of other elements of Joomla! site interface also: menu items, sections, categories… in fact, yvTransliterate works in every place, where Joomla! core called JLanguage::transliterate method. 2.
