Component for Event Management with a calendar module. For each event, the choice of several dates, time, contact information (email, phone, address, place…). You can also insert a map GoogleMaps with an image and an attached file. The description of the event using your favorite editor. Component manages the sharing on facebook, twitter and all the social networks through AddThis. Display events takes the form of a list, for which you can apply filters (upcoming dates and/or past, category…) and customize graphic elements (choice of template, size of the Google map, number events displayed per page, etc …) You can also create a menu link to a search engine in calendar events Future developments are under development: Registration to events, newsletter for registered users, submit an event in Front-End, new templates… Based on xCal 2 (beta) created by JonxDuo. This component is now developped under the name iCagenda. The purpose of this fork is to allow a new team to develop this project, with the permission of its original creator, to a stable release, and to a project that will be developed to integrate with joomla! 3.0 and future releases.

This component can be used as a mass mailer for groups of contacts. The component is based on the core component ‘com_massmail’ but this is the more advanced version. If you’re using the function to link ‘Contacts’ to ‘Users’ and divided the contacts in ‘Categories’ then is this your ultimate mass mailer! You can send one or more groups of contacts an HTML or TEXT e-mail in the front-end or back-end. Standard is your default editor used to create the body of the e-mail. Also form validation is still working. There is also a sanity check for contacts without an e-mail address. Only published contacts are receiving an e-mail. The HTML e-mail version is fully XHTML 1.0 Transitional! If you send send a TEXT e-mail be aware off the editor settings because HTML-tags will be automatically stripped out so the layout good be a mesh in the destination e-mail client. Configure ‘Source formatting’ in your Editor options and do not use a lot of indents and break lines 
Configure the parameter ‘mailFrom’ as “name,email;name,email”. When not configured the default values under global configuration are used. Update (v1.5.1) 2011-08-29: Made a front-end view and made the mail headers (the from/reply-to) configurable. Update (v1.5.0) 2010-11-25: Fixed some minor bugs with form validation when other or no editors are used. Possibly that no real e-mail was to the contact because during adding the e-mail addresses a wrong parameter was used ($row-> mail -> $row-> email_to).
